Swati graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur, one of the premier law institutes in the country and was campus picked by one of India’s largest private sector enterprises. She advised them on a wide array of transactions across sectors.Swati joined Kaden Boriss as a Partner in 2015.She has experience in drafting and negotiating various agreements viz. joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, power purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and rendering corporate advice on a wide array of transactions including banking & finance, intellectual property etc.Swati has structured, negotiated, drafted and also advised on a wide range of business-commercial transactions for foreign investors, multinational corporations and domestic entities.She has also lead a broad range of commercial documentation including sale of business & slump sale agreements, operations & management agreements, service level agreements, trademark & copyright related agreements and standardization of various contract documents for multi-nationals.
