Tim Clark is a Highly experienced in the strategic aspects of large scale workforce projects, Tim can provide organisations with specialist advice on dealing with reorganisation, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE issues, alongside a range of other Employment Law matters. 

He also acts for employees, including senior executives, advising on complex service agreements, commission and bonus arrangements, settlement agreements, exit provisions and termination packages. Tim is an expert in the tax aspects of these arrangements.

He is recommended in the UK's leading guides to law firms, Chambers UK and The Legal 500, and has appeared on BBC television and radio as an Employment Law expert.

Like fellow joint managing partner Jonathan Gater, Tim completed his legal training at Blandy & Blandy and he has been with the firm for over 25 years. He trained as a litigator before going on to specialise in Employment Law.

Tim actively participates in the firm's annual programme of events, including Employment Law updates and a mock employment tribunal.
