Cabinet Decision No. 28/2015
Concerning the Extension of the Additional Period Granted to Insurance Companies According to the Provisions of Article 25 of Federal Law No 6/2007 on the Establishment of the Insurance Authority and Regulation Thereof
- The Cabinet,
- After perusal of the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 6/2007 on the Establishment of the Insurance Authority and Regulation thereof, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 15/2012 on the Extension of the Five-Year Period Granted to Insurance Companies Operating in the State to Adjust their Situation;
- Based on the approval of the Cabinet,
Decides the following:
Article 1
The additional period granted to insurance companies operating at the time of entry into force of the Federal Law No. 6 of 2007 on the Establishment of the Insurance Authority and Regulation thereof, in order for such companies to adjust their situation accordingly, as stipulated in Cabinet Decision No. 15 of 2012, shall be extended for one more year as from 28/08/2015.
Article 2
The Chairman of the Board of the Issuance Authority shall implement this Decision which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
