The victim filed a civil lawsuit seeking the immediate return of the stolen amount, along with court fees and related expenses.
According to court records, the plaintiff stated that the defendant stole the money from a bag kept inside his room at the farm.
A criminal case was subsequently initiated against the defendant, who was convicted and ordered to be deported from the country.
After the criminal ruling became final and legally binding, the victim filed the civil case demanding repayment of the stolen money and compensation for the related legal costs.
