Counsellor Yousef Saeed Al-Abri, the Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, launched the interactive lawsuit filing service in Abu Dhabi courts. Abu Dhabi being the first of its kind in the world to launch the same. It relies on Artificial Intelligence to accurately and promptly determine the type of lawsuit, the competent court, and the applicable fees, through easy steps and a user-friendly interface ensuring accuracy and speed. This enables clients to file lawsuits without the need to fully familiarize themselves with the applicable laws and judicial procedures, based on artificial intelligence techniques, that include determining the type of case, the competent court, and the date of the first hearing of the particular case. This technology also allows the clients to complete their transactions by interacting with the digital service and providing it with data. Counsellor emphasized that digital initiatives of the Judicial Department have achieved a leap in enhancing the quality of services provided to customers and developing the judicial system.
