The Ajman Human Resources Department announced the start of the electronic job performance management system project, during the GITEX Technology Exhibition, at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The partnership contract was signed by Rashid Abdul Rahman bin Jubran Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Human Resources Department, and Shyamji Mehrortra, General Manager of Tech Cart

 The project focuses on automating the job performance management systems in government agencies, and upgrading the human capital management system in the Ajman government.
