Digital Drive: ADJD Completes 87,000 Transactions in First Half of 2025
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department expands AI-powered, paperless services through TAMM integration.

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has accelerated its digital transformation, completing over 87,000 notarial and documentation transactions during the first half of 2025. The figures include more than 47,000 public-notary transactions, over 10,000 private-notary transactions, and 27,525 documentation transactions. In addition, 3,047 marriage-contract transactions were finalised during the same period, reflecting the growing adoption of digital judicial services among residents.
These milestones form part of ADJD’s broader strategy to enhance access to justice and streamline public services through digital innovation. The department recently launched fully online marriage-contract services via the TAMM platform, allowing couples to complete and authenticate contracts electronically. The service is now directly linked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for instant digital attestation and international certification, eliminating the need for paper-based processing.
ADJD has also integrated artificial intelligence into its notary and documentation workflows, enabling automated validation and faster turnaround times for powers of attorney, declarations, and contract templates. This approach supports the department’s shift from basic digitisation to a fully interoperable system where most legal procedures can be completed remotely.
The continued rise in electronic transactions underlines ADJD’s commitment to providing seamless, secure, and proactive judicial services -- ensuring that technology strengthens transparency, efficiency, and accessibility across Abu Dhabi’s justice ecosystem.
