Kuwait has introduced updated e-visa regulations, making it easier for expatriates residing in GCC countries to enter the country—provided they meet specific criteria. This initiative aligns with Kuwait’s efforts to streamline immigration processes, encourage tourism, and maintain strict legal compliance.
Who is Eligible?
Under the revised guidelines, travellers from GCC countries can apply for a Kuwait e-visa if they:

Hold a valid GCC residency for more than 6 months

Have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry

Work in approved professions, including:

Lawyers

The application process is entirely online, with most visas processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once approved, the visa is emailed to the applicant, who must print and present it upon arrival.
