The Law Reporters (“Portal”) is solely a case management portal and provides services including, but not limited to, purposes of promoting user’s (“you” or “your”) legal services, managing the contact information of clients, case notes, appointment scheduling and history, client communications, and billing (“Services”).

2.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of any of the below-mentioned Terms and Conditions.

a) You will provide true, complete and accurate information about yourself and your use of the Portal as required by us;

b) You are responsible for the content, article, and information published by you in your respective User Login;

g) Our portal will not be liable for any consensual correspondence and/or transaction between other users and you apart from the Portal in mutual agreement and;

h) You will not conduct any activity that is deemed inappropriate or is prohibited or which may not be in compliance with the applicable laws.

b) Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful components;

c) Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material which is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights, without obtaining the permission of the copyright owner or the registered owner ; and

d) Account sharing, including, without limitation, letting third parties access/use your account and password.

All Intellectual Property Rights including, without limitation, all logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, database rights, rights in design, rights in know-how, patents and rights in inventions and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in any jurisdiction or any information, content, materials, data or processes contained in or underlying this Portal and/or the service we provide belong to the respective owner and are permitted to use and/or publish only by this Portal by way of consenting to the Terms and Conditions . All rights of such intellectual property rights are hereby reserved and retained by us worldwide. Unauthorized use or replication of such intellectual property anywhere in the world without prior written consent shall amount to infringement.

12.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of this policy or arising therefrom or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules (the “Rules”), by one arbitrator appointed in compliance with the Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, and the language shall be English. The DIAC shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Each party irrevocably waives any objection, including any objection to the laying of venue or based on the grounds of forum non-conveniens, which it may now or hereafter have to the bringing of any action or proceeding in such jurisdiction in respect of this Terms and Conditions.
