UAE: Capacity rules for restaurants, events eased

The National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) has announced a string of Covid safety rules have been relaxed. The capacity at shopping malls, cinemas, and eateries in the UAE has been increased to 80 percent whilst hotels can serve customers in full capacity.
Wedding halls can operate in 60% capacity; as long as the number of guests does not exceed 300 guests and the public transport capacity has been increased to 75 percent. Events can also be held in 60% capacity, provided that all the attendees are vaccinated, maintain social distance and wear masks.
