1. Continuous Monitoring: Once installed, the system monitors your home for suspicious activity using motion detectors, cameras, and other sensors.

2. Instant Alerts: If a threat is detected, real-time alerts are sent to a 24/7 monitoring center for assessment.

3. Police Notification: Verified threats are immediately escalated to Dubai Police for emergency action.

How to Get the System

Residents can purchase and register for the Smart Home Security system through the official Dubai Police Home Security website. 

Registration Steps:

1. Visit the Website: Navigate to the home security section.

2. Create an Account: Register by providing your mobile number, name, email, Emirates ID (scanned copy), and address (or Makani number).

3. Select a Package: Choose a plan, review costs, and agree to terms.

4. Make Payment: Complete the transaction using a debit or credit card.

Once registered, you’ll receive a notification confirming your installation date.

Installation and Maintenance

Certified technicians install the system to ensure optimal placement for maximum coverage. The package includes:

• Five-Year Maintenance Support: Regular checks and repairs to maintain functionality.

• 24/7 Monitoring: Continuous oversight for real-time threat detection and response.

Cost and Packages

Three plans are available to suit varying needs:

1. One-Year Plan: AED 311 annually + AED 261.45 upfront.

2. Three-Year Plan: AED 147 annually + AED 261.45 upfront.
