Fully vaccinated UAE residents with valid visas from those countries can fly back to the UAE, according to the General Civil Aviation Authority and the National Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management Authority. Nigeria and Uganda are also affected by the judgment.

Flights from these countries to the UAE have been halted due to COVID-19 Delta variant fears. Travellers who match these conditions can now enter the UAE as long as 14 days have passed since they received the second dose. Travellers from restricted nations are also permitted if they have immunization certificates issued by official authorities in those countries. They are also supposed to produce a PCR test result 72 hours from the time of travel.
