A Dubai misdemeanours court has sentenced three Asian men to one month in jail, fined each Dh1,000, and ordered their deportation after finding them guilty of assaulting a neighbour in their residential building.

According to case records and investigations by the Dubai Public Prosecution, the incident took place late at night when the victim was disturbed by loud noise and commotion caused by the men. When the neighbour confronted them and asked them to stop, they allegedly refused and assaulted him.

Prosecutors said the confrontation went beyond a verbal argument, resulting in physical injuries to the victim and damage to parts of the building.

The court ruled that the evidence presented was sufficient to establish the defendants’ criminal responsibility, leading to custodial sentences, fines, and deportation orders.
