GDRFA-Dubai and Dubai Courts Link Systems to Streamline Judicial Services
New digital cooperation agreement enables secure data exchange and electronic payments through Digital Dubai’s GSB platform.

The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) and Dubai Courts have signed a digital cooperation agreement to establish an electronic linkage between the two entities. The initiative aims to streamline judicial inquiry services, ensure the secure exchange of digital data, and strengthen Dubai’s integrated government framework.
Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General of GDRFA-Dubai, said the agreement marks a significant step towards deepening intergovernmental cooperation and digital service integration across Dubai. He emphasised that the partnership aligns with the directives of the leadership to create a unified, connected digital government that operates in the spirit of one team to better serve the public.
“This agreement reflects GDRFA-Dubai’s commitment to building a secure, interconnected digital system that simplifies the customer journey and enhances quality of life,” Al Marri said. “It supports our ongoing efforts to accelerate service delivery and improve government efficiency.”
Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, described the agreement as a testament to the strong institutional partnership among Dubai’s government bodies. “This collaboration represents an advanced model of joint government work based on leveraging digital solutions to facilitate judicial procedures,” he said. “It supports our mission to achieve swift justice through an integrated judicial system and innovative services accessible to all, thereby strengthening global confidence in Dubai.”
Under the agreement, the electronic linkage will be activated through the Government Service Bus (GSB) platform of Digital Dubai Authority. This will enable the secure exchange of data related to judicial inquiries, facilitate electronic payment of fees via Al Adheed centres, and provide joint technical and operational support to ensure seamless service continuity with the highest standards of security and reliability.
The initiative forms part of GDRFA-Dubai’s broader commitment to fostering government partnerships that deliver integrated, innovative, and proactive services. It reinforces Dubai’s standing as a global leader in digital transformation, with a people-first approach at the core of its development strategy.
The agreement was signed during GITEX Global 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri and Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, in the presence of several senior officials from both sides.
