TLR CRM, an AI-driven client and practice management platform for law firms, said it has entered a strategic collaboration with international legal and advisory group Kaden Boriss to advance digital transformation across the UAE and the wider markets the firm serves.

Kaden Boriss, known for cross-border advisory, corporate consultancy and restructuring work, will integrate TLR CRM’s automation, workflow and client-management systems into its operations. The move aims to support the firm’s expansion and strengthen efficiency across its regional and international offices.

TLR CRM said the partnership reflects a shared focus on technology-led improvements in legal services, enabling teams to streamline processes, raise service standards and enhance operational performance.

The partnership positions Kaden Boriss among regional legal institutions incorporating AI-driven management frameworks. “Digital transformation is essential for the future of legal practice,” said Sunil Ambalavelil, Executive Chairman of Kaden Boriss. “Our collaboration with TLR CRM will help improve efficiency, strengthen client engagement and enhance operational discipline across our international offices.”

Headquartered in the UAE with a global network, Kaden Boriss has prioritised innovation and operational excellence. The adoption of TLR CRM forms part of its wider digital transformation programme and aligns its internal systems with emerging legal-automation standards.

Under the agreement, the firm will deploy TLR CRM’s platform, including AI-enabled matter and client management, workflow automation, financial dashboards, compliance modules, secure client communication tools, analytics and cloud-based collaboration features. The system is designed to support cross-border teams and improve coordination across practice areas.

“As legal services evolve, firms need technology that supports clarity, consistency and speed,” said Naomi Anna Sam, the Project Manager of TLR CRM. “Working with a group of Kaden Boriss’ stature underscores our commitment to delivering advanced legal-tech tools. This collaboration aims to redefine how modern practices operate within the UAE and globally.”

TLR CRM includes integrated Arabic language capability, allowing legal teams and clients to manage matters and communications in both Arabic and English. The company said this supports wider regional adoption, offering a solution tailored to practices in the UAE and the GCC.

Both organisations said the collaboration would help legal teams enhance decision-making, modernise internal systems and meet evolving regulatory and client-service expectations in a rapidly changing legal environment.
