The two-day international forum served as a powerful platform for insightful discussions, strategic knowledge exchange and meaningful networking across key areas of litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, governance, risk and emerging legal challenges, drawing an overwhelming response from the global legal community and underscoring the World Lawyers Forum’s expanding international influence.

The 23rd edition of the World Lawyers Forum (WLF) 2026 was held on January 19 and 20 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront, bringing together senior lawyers, policymakers, corporate leaders, technology providers and decision-makers from across multiple jurisdictions. Organisers said the scale of participation and diversity of representation reflected sustained interest in the forum’s role as a global platform for legal dialogue and collaboration.

Throughout the event, speakers delivered practical and forward-looking perspectives on developments shaping the legal profession, including cross-border disputes, arbitration trends, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and the impact of digital transformation on legal practice. Delegates participated in panel discussions and closed-door networking sessions focused on fostering innovation, strengthening professional partnerships and addressing shared challenges in an increasingly complex legal landscape.

The presence of leading international and regional law firms, corporates and advisory firms added depth to the discussions, while solution providers showcased tools and services designed to support efficiency, compliance and dispute management. Organisers noted that interactions between practitioners and industry stakeholders contributed to constructive exchanges on evolving client expectations and market dynamics.

The forum was supported by a network of global partners including EY, DHL, KPMG, Cognizant, Nokia, Ooredoo, Accenture, Vaultz Capital, AJ & Co. Consulting and Lincoln Global Law Chambers. According to the organisers, the partnerships highlighted strong cross-industry collaboration and confidence in the World Lawyers Forum as a convening platform for the legal and business communities.

Further backing came from sponsors and exhibitors such as August, Casedocker, BlueInkk, INLEX IP Expertise, LdotR, Michael Chambers and Co. LLC, Menteso, and Al Hadhri & Partners Law Firm. With more than 30 exhibitors participating, the event featured a broad range of legal technologies, advisory services and innovative solutions aimed at addressing future challenges facing the profession.

The 23rd edition of WLF 2026 Dubai also received extensive international visibility through its official media partners, including TLR – The Law Reporters, Arbitration Channel, Conventus Law and Women’s IP World, helping amplify key discussions and thought leadership emerging from the forum.

World Lawyers Forum is managed by the International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA), which oversees its flagship Litigation Conference and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Summit, providing institutional leadership and global expertise to the WLF platform.

Building on the success of the Dubai edition, organisers announced that the 24th edition of the World Lawyers Forum 2026 will be held in Singapore on May 18 and 19. The Singapore edition is expected to continue the forum’s focus on global dialogue, knowledge sharing and strategic growth within the legal ecosystem.

With the conclusion of its Dubai edition, the World Lawyers Forum reaffirmed its position as a leading international forum shaping conversations around the future of law, justice and legal practice.
